BIO

With over 15 years of experience, Lara is dedicated to having a holistic approach in both helping and preventing pain. Lara treats patients with varying complaints of all ages, including babies. She is committed to the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of all musculoskeletal problems and health issues that may arise from those problems.

Upon qualification from the British College of Osteopathic and Naturopathic Medicine, Lara worked in a busy practice in New Zealand with a strong focus on preventive measures to ensure optimal health. On returning to the UK, Lara continued her practice in London notably in Harley Street, Notting Hill and Ascot. Whilst also completing the Osteopathic Children's Centre Diploma in paediatric osteopathic care.

Lara not only enjoys exercise, travel and spending time with her family but is also the co-founder of St Anna's Children’s Home Ghana, a project that houses up to 20 children and educates 250 on a daily basis.

BIO

Zoë qualified at the British School of Osteopathy (UCO), having previously worked as a Sports Therapist. She specialises in not only rehabilitation of injuries but also the prevention of injury and creating an environment to allow the body to function to its maximum potential.

Zoë is qualified in medical acupuncture and laser therapy and where appropriate uses this in conjunction with osteopathic treatment.

Following her completion of an Advanced Diploma in Sports Therapy, Zoë went on to work with ProAm cycling team tours in Majorca and Spain and for Wasps Rugby as a Sport Massage Therapist.

She continues to work with both amateur and elite level athletes, with strong links to the equestrian industry.

Zoë has post graduate training in Animal Osteopathy.  She predominantly treats horses and has been providing osteopathy and sports massage support to the riders and horses for the GB 3*Championship Eventing Team since 2015.
